Printing and embroidery

State of the art machinery
Embroidery : done on 2 x 6 head tubular machine, 1 x 12 head flatbed machine
Printing : done on tazz 1 x 18 head, 1 x 16 head, 1 x 14 head
Transfers

M/C Floor

Electronically operated sirubia machinery
Go green motors resulting in greater efficiency and lesser consumption of energy
Pocket creasing machinery which bonds fuse to fabric with the right amount of pressure

Cutting Room

Gerber Cutter & Layer resulting in greater accuracy
Can produce up to +/- 10 000 units a day

Yarn

The Range of products is vast and varied in that we produce and knit from yarns such as:

Garment dispatch / Finishing

Vacuum industrial pressing tables with seam buster Creates a high vacuum suction which keeps garments dry after pressing. Iron stone - requires no elements which helps colored garments not to shine. Required no electricity steam only Needle detector and metal free zone in place to to ensure the safety of our valued customers. Our state of the art machinery allows us to produce the greatest quality product with maximum efficiency resulting in on-time delivery which gives us a unique advantage over our competitors
